Track Recording - Manual Dialing

These instructions are to be sent to a customer who wishes to record (or re-record) announcements/tracks that are set up to record with &setupTrack() in the AEL

Tips:
-You may want to use a headset to minimize background noise.
-You may want to have the mic on the headset/handset slightly away from the speaking person to avoid airflow noises in the recording.

Procedure:
Using a handset: Pickup the handset and then hit end call when you hear dialtone.  You'll want the phone offhook for the whole process for optimal clarity.
Using a headset: Enter the track number, and then hit the headset button.

And then Repeat this process for each track
Enter the track number on the phone and then hit dial (or headset button if using headset)
The stored track (if any) will be played, and then you'll be given the option to press 1 to record the track.
Please start speaking immediately after the beep.
Use the pound key to stop the recording.
The track will be played back for verification, and then you'll need to press 1 to save the track.  Hanging up will cancel the recording.

Note: do not hang up immediately after recording.   You must hit the pound key in order to save the recording.  Then you may hang up and proceed to the next track.

We can clean up dead air at the beginning and end of the tracks if the person recording has any delays, but it will streamline the process if the recording is acceptable at the time it's been saved.
