This documentation, an all-in-one reference, describes all available core features, add-ons, and best practices of the Intellasoft Communications Platform.

If you are new to the Intellasoft Communications Platform, the best starting point is the Core Web Portal. 


Throughout these pages, there will be descriptions of add-on functionality that may not exist on your installed system.

Documentation Quick Tips

  • Left-side navigation contains all documentation spaces in the system (also accessible from the table of contents within each space)
  • Each space's main page has an introduction highlighting the important pages as well as any special notes about that space
  • Each page in a space has its own table of contents
  • Search at the top right is very powerful and searches across the entire documentation corpus (global search) regardless of your current space
  • Coming soon: the ability to submit feedback for suggested documentation corrections such as typos, missing information, etc.
