Installation

1) Download the application.

Second, openOpen your downloads folder

Run intellaQueue-setup.exe

Following this, onOn the IntellaQueue pop pop-up, hit the install button

OnceOn on thisthe next page,page check of the acceptanceaccept box

After that,and let the installation run

When this is done, you will have this desktop iconicon. Run it

Once you run it, you will be prompted with the Database Settings Window

When8) this opens up clickClick Connect

Here, you replace cxxxxx with your client ID, including the c

10) Replace the yyy with the desired extension

And11) then,Replace replace the zzzz with the set Agent Number set in the agent editor

Then12) pressPress the login.login
